Volodymyr Filenko

Volodymyr Filenko (born October 11, 1955, in the village of Sheludkivka, Zmiiv District, Kharkiv Oblast) is a Ukrainian politician. Former People's Deputy of Ukraine. First Deputy Chairman of the People's Democratic Party. Deputy Chairman of the Reforms and Order Party (since May 1999).
