Volodymyr Bardetskyi

Born in 1975 in Vinnytsia region. Has studied in Ternopil Music School after finishing basic school. Today is a director of Ugornyky. Has been working for the Dept of Culture. Also is a student of Musical Arts at Ternopil University. Head and composer of Ukrainian People ensemble called 5th Ocean.
