Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Director of the Institute for Holocaust Studies in Eastern Europe at the Babyn Yar Holocaust Memorial Center, author of more than 100 scientific and popular science works in Ukraine, Poland, Latvia, Estonia, USA. Author of courses on the history of the Holocaust and the history of genocide. Since 2016 - co-organizer of the annual Summer Schools for Holocaust researchers, author-compiler of the book "Holocaust Chronicles"
