Emma Winberg

Emma and her husband worked together at Mayday Rescue, the NGO founded to support the White Helmets. Also, was involved in studying and trying to find ways to counter the Russian-backed disinformation campaign against the WH. They obtained a unique perspective on how the operations against the WH were part of a wider set of Russian active measures intended to prevent consensus around humanitarian intervention in Syria.
