Roman Ofitsynskyy

Roman Ofitsynskyy is a Ukrainian scholar, educator, writer, journalist, and public figure. He is a Doctor of Historical Sciences and a Professor (2008). He serves as the Vice-Rector of Uzhhorod National University, Head of the Department of Ukrainian History, and Head of the Department of Tourism.
