Oksana Lozova is a writer and translator, author of more than 20 books of various genres, researcher of the Ukrainian liberation movement. Winner of the Markiyan Shashkevych literary award and the Les Martovych literary award. Songs based on her lyrics (sung by Olya Yunakova) were very popular.
