Attorney, human rights defender, writer, journalist, radio broadcaster. Graduated from the Law Faculty of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University. He worked as an adviser to the Minister of Justice, was the first deputy head of the department of the law of international organizations of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, and headed the national office of the International Anti-Corruption Organization Transparency International. Author of 16 books, including Novels "Echo", "Settlement status". Winner of the first prize of the “Koronatsiya slova” contest (2003).
