Taras Luchuk is a literary critic, poet, and translator, in particular from Ancient Greek and Latin. A member of the Ukrainian Centre of the PEN International. He collected, translated and arranged the first complete edition of poetic works of ancient Greek poetesses in Ukrainian: The First Poetesses: the Code of the Ancient Greek Women's poetry.
