The coordinator of the Gender Democracy program, Anna Dovgopol, works at the Heinrich Böll Foundation since 2012. She has more than ten years experience in the third sector - in NGOs related to feminism and LGBT issues in Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan. She was involved in feminist and LGBT activism.
